Directions to the Arthur Amish Country
Below is a map in case you are thinking about coming to visit us in the heart of the Illinois Amish Country. Arthur, IL is located almost in the middle of the state of Illinois.
From Chicago you head straight south down I-57. You will get off at exit 212 on I-57 at the town of Tuscola. From Tuscola head west on Route 36. Once you have gone approximately 6 miles you will cross through Atwood, IL. On the west side of Atwood you will come to a paved road to the left (south) and you will see a large sign that says Arthur IL. Turn left here and that will bring you right into downtown of Arthur.
From St. Louis you will up I-70 E until you enter the town of Effingham. In Effingham I-70 will merge with I-57N. When I-57 and I-70 split you will continue on I-57 North. Once you come to exit 202 on I-57 you will exit and be in the town of Arcola, IL. In Arcola you will take Route 133 west for approximately 9 miles and you will be in the town of Arthur. Once you enter Arthur you will come to a stop sign, turn right and that will bring you into downtown Arthur, IL.
Our store is located at 138 South Vine right in the center of downtown Arthur, IL. Look for the bright orange awnings and you will be at your destination.
